"The very first day we went looking, we arrived at their Stone Falls subdivision, the third stop of the day. Hannah and I were touring the home and we were stunned at how much house there was for the price. The modern home design and layout paired with a well naturally lit common area and a huge island made us start falling in love with the home. We immediately said we wanted it…they made it very clear that their passion for building in BCS drives them and they wanted to make the first-time buyer experience as simple and fun as possible. They did an amazing job in welcoming and guiding us through the process. After we closed on the house it was just surreal. The home looked amazing, it looked like we stole the house for the price that we purchased it for. Afterwards, there were a couple of things that needed to be taken care of, but we were afraid that since we closed on the home, there would be nothing else that can be done for us. Mind you, we thought that once we bought the home we are on our own. I shouldn't have assumed that at all because Steve and his team covered us and helped us with everything we needed taken care of. NewPhase really knows their stuff and they are super friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd say that if you were looking for a home, look no further than NewPhase, they will do whatever they can and more for you!"
